We have designed our direct structured debt strategy to capitalize on market inefficiencies by focusing on select small to mid-capitalization public and late stage private companies with near term, value creating milestones such as mergers and acquisitions, cutting edge research and development, manufacturing and production facility projects, company reorganizations, organic growth plans, and initial public offerings. Our strategy provides alpha-based absolute returns with no correlation to macro or microeconomic indices/events.
