OVERVIEW

LRG Capital Real Estate Ventures was founded in 2005 to acquire domestic and international real estate assets through real estate securities and direct participation. The current portfolio includes interests in Island Capital Fund, Yacht Haven Grande, Island Global Yachting, and Leeding Edge Partners. Through investment partnerships, LRG Capital Real Estate Ventures continues to participate in mixed-use marinas, commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties.

In 2008, the LRG Capital Real Estate Ventures team collaborated with two prominent real estate professionals to form the LRG Capital Real Estate Partners I Fund to acquire, enhance, reposition and improve the operations of properties in Northern California. The Fund’s focus is to acquire a blended portfolio of stabilized, income-generating assets and follow opportunistic real estate acquisition in markets with identified barriers to new development with prudent, value-added operation and disposition strategies.
