Sales veteran and successful entrepreneur with early-stage expertise in developing and driving rapid revenue growth. Sole Founder and CEO of TDR Corporation with sales of $15,000,000 after 4 years when he sold it to FusionStorm in 2006. Other companies to his credit include SI-CAP Corporation sold to Acclaim Technology in mid 2006 and WeBot an innovative Web 2.0 media site. David received his BSBA in 1988 and MBA from Xavier University in 1990.


Noah Thorp
SessionEx Co-founder, CTO

Noah is a polyglot software developer and agile development leader with over a decade of professional experience. He has been highly successful in CTO consulting, agile coaching, systems analysis and ontology modeling; as well as programming financial industry, ecommerce, geo-location, social media, customer value analysis, content management, music composition, and video streaming software. Clients have included Avid/Digidesign, zozi, Fortune 500 and startups. He has led tech events at Stanford University, UC Berkeley, Digidesign, and Dolby. He has presented at RubyConf, Maker Faire, and TED. He received his BA from Hampshire College.


During Ken's more than three decades he has founded 16 companies including Spectrum Electronics, AEA, and the Video Graphics Corporation. In 1995, he launched TABNet, a webhosting pioneer that grew to +150,000 customers before NTT/Verio acquired it in 1998. In 2002 he founded ScanAlert, provider of the HACKER SAFE website security service, acquired by McAfee in 2008. He has represented outside investors on the board of directors of GameWorld Technologies, WebEver, D-achieve, PeerPC and OnMap. He studied medicine at the University of Vienna, Austria, and radio astronomy at the University of Florida.


Lawrence R. Goldfarb
Vice Chairman

Mr. Goldfarb has over 28 years of experience in complex investing, investment banking and securities trading. Mr Goldfarb is an attorney and the recently retired Chairman and CEO of the highly successful LRG Capital Group. Currently, Mr. Goldfarb is Chairman of the Board of Om Records, a San Francisco based lifestyle and record company. Previously, he was a Managing Partner of Credit Suisse First Boston. Before that he was an Attorney with Skadden Arps Meagher & Flom and, Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy. He received his B.A. in International Economics from George Washington University and J.D. Cum Laude, Georgetown Law School.


Mr. Petersen has gained over 25 years of experience as head of finance in start-up and early-stage companies, as well as divisions of major firms. Mr. Petersen also served as the Director of Finance for the SPACEWAY business unit of Hughes Electronics where he successfully coordinated and arranged a multinational finance facility for the Asia-Pacific system ($500M) and secured tax incentives for the company from foreign governments ($250M). As head of finance at American Mobile Satellite Corporation, he is credited with leading the successful IPO of the company ($246M), as well as spearheading major projects including the FCC filing for an initial formation of XM Satellite Radio.


Cynthia Mason
Comptroller, SessionEx

Cynthia brings over 20+ years of business management experience from print, online, software and system integration ventures. For the last 8 years, Cynthia has her own consulting business and has contributed to projects for Triggit Inc, Wheelz, Farmsreach, L+U Architects, Women.com, AlternativeMedicine.com, Industry Standard, MacWorld, Technology Deployment Research Corp. and various other virtual and brick and mortar clients.

Services mainly provided are Controller/ Accounting and Business modeling and forecasts. Prior to that, Cynthia was a Group Business Manager for 8 years with Ziff Davis Publishing, a leading integrated media marketing company, Cynthia ensured compliance of good business practices, corporate policies and held P&L responsibility for revenues of $60M.

Responsibilities included: financial planning and analysis of new product and business development for print and online, general management for 4 national publications with upwards of 100 people, annual budget packages, five-year forecast and break-even models; quarterly financial statements and competitive cost and price analyses.

Prior to Ziff Davis, Cynthia spent 9 years as the Business Manager/COO for Logicon Ultrasystems, a high tech software development and systems integration company for government contract energy and space systems. Cynthia worked full time as an Operations Officer for Security Pacific National Bank as she earned her BS in Business from California State University, Long Beach. Cynthia also has a teaching credential in finance from University of California Los Angeles.
