PORTFOLIO MANAGER INCENTIVES

LRG Capital Group rewards its portfolio managers and traders through ownership rights of their individual investment styles, above scale industry pay outs on their P&L, equity participation in LRG Capital Group, and the environment necessary to focus only on investing.

LRG Capital Group is also the largest investor in the BayStar Capital III Fund. Each investment will include significant capital from the LRG Capital Group. Given our capital investment in the portfolio, no one cares more about the capital preservation and performance of the portfolio than we do.
